At EPOMAKER, we want you to be completely satisfied with your mechanical keyboard and accessories. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return to initiate the request.

  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is approved, our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging including all cables, keycaps, and manuals, then ship it back to us using a trackable shipping service.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
